I'd like to thank Mr. Kedar for making this little gem available
to sanskrit-challenged people like yours truly. This "subhaashita" fits 
Pai's behaviour like a glove, and adds a nice mysterious touch to the 
RPG page IMHO.

kshamaa shastra.n kare yasya durjanaH ki.n karishhyati |
atR^iNe patito vahniH svayamevopashaamyati ||

What can a wicked person do to someone who has the weapon of fogivance in his
hands ? Fire fallen on ground without any grass extinguishes by itself.
